We specialize in the development and production of automatic infrared-based frost protection systems, aimed at unburdening winegrowers and ensuring their vineyards are safeguarded.

To support our rapid growth and expansion in France, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Developer (France).

Role overview


As the Business Developer (France), you will play a pivotal role in spearheading Frolight's commercial activities in the region. Serving as the primary liaison between various organizations, you will be responsible for nurturing strong relationships and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities​


  • ​​Collaborate closely with the managing director, keeping them informed of progress and opportunities
  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities across multiple channels
  • Cultivate and maintain fruitful partnerships with local Frolight associates in France
  • Present and showcase our innovative products while providing expert advice and support
  • Skillfully negotiate and close deals, with a keen focus on customer satisfaction
  • Embrace teamwork and support colleagues while fostering a positive working environment
  • Share valuable insights gathered from partners and clients with the internal teams
  • Drive new business development efforts while maintaining accurate records
  • Participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to expand Frolight's presence
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, striving to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Manage your schedule efficiently, maintaining strong communication with partners and customers

Minimum requirements


  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in successful B2B solution or service sales
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets
  • Fluent in both French and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Passion for personal growth and dedication to contributing to the team and company success
  • A sales-driven mindset coupled with creative problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong organizational and stress management skills
  • Highly result-oriented with a focus on achieving KPIs
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and work ethic
