Submit a repair or replacement request

Before you begin:
Please consult our instruction manuals, tutorial videos and our troubleshooting guide for common issues and resolutions.
If your product truly needs repair or replacement, please complete and submit the form below.

Required for warranty claims
Optional but helpful to speed up the resolution process.
Need a replacement shipped immediately?
We can dispatch replacement goods right away. You’ll receive an invoice for the product and shipping. If your request is covered by warranty, we will cancel or credit this invoice after inspection.
Please return the faulty goods to Frolight BV within 14 days of submitting your request. Investigation will be completed within 20 business days of receiving your return.
