Purposes of processing

Frolight BV collects and processes personal customer data for customer and order management purposes (including customer management, order/delivery tracking, invoicing, payment tracking, profiling and sending marketing and personalised advertising).

Legal ground(s) for processing

Personal data is processed on the basis of consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

The customer always has the right to withdraw the consent granted.

Transfer to third parties

Personal data will not be passed on to third parties unless they are a distributer of our Frolight products.

Retention period

Personal data processed for customer management purposes will be retained for the period necessary to comply with legal requirements (including in the area of accounting).

The right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of personal data

Customers have the right to access their personal data at any time and to have it rectified (or have it rectified) if it is inaccurate or incomplete, to have it erased, to restrict its processing and to object to the processing of personal data relating to them on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) or (f), including profiling on the basis of these provisions.

In addition, the customer has the right to obtain a copy of their personal data (in a structured, common and machine-readable form) and the right to transfer their personal data to another company.

Direct marketing

Customers have the right to object free of charge to any processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes.
